POULTRY RECIPE COLLECTION FROM THE COOK BOOK-CHICKEN-DUCK-PIGEON-COOKED IN TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUES

The Recipe Collection

“Whatever meat you cook, respect the ingredients; a life is lost in the transition to being a food commodity.”
Poultry Recipes

The most common in poultry is chicken, but I prefer locally grown country chicken, which takes long hours to cook.
Other food source birds found in Kerala houses are duck, quail, turkey, pigeon, and occasionally wild birds, although these are illegal.
